Nick is a Director within the Corporate Value Advisory team in Sydney and specialises in providing valuations of tangible assets and asset management advice.
Nick has performed valuations and advisory services on a domestic and international basis for a range of purposes including, but limited to:

•    Financial reporting;
•    Taxation and stamp duty;
•    Asset lifecycle management;
•    Capex modelling and optimisation;
•    Asset register reconciliation, reconstruction and componentisation;
•    Leasing and pricing studies;
•    Pre-deal due diligence;
•    Pre-deal consulting; and
•    Negotiations for mergers and acquisitions.
