Mr. Hong Yoo, ASA, FRM is an experienced finance and operations professional, who has been preparing and auditing business valuations since 2007. Mr. Yoo's expertise includes the valuation of various types of legal entities and securities including complex securities such as performance share units (PSUs) and embedded derivatives. In addition, Mr. Yoo’s experience also includes managing finance and operations teams in an online payment startup and in a large international corporation, responsible for the software development and online operation division of a smartphone manufacturer. Mr. Yoo holds an MA in International and Development Economics from the University of San Francisco. He earned his BS in Mathematics at Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
