I am a valuation and financial forensics professional. My practice is dedicated to the analysis and appraisal of restaurant businesses and business interests.
Valuation: Valuation is my core financial competency. I specialize in the performance of valuation studies developed and documented to professional appraisal standards. I have extensive experience in the financial appraisal of a wide variety of independent, chain, and franchise restaurant businesses and business interests.
Financial Forensics: Many of my assignments relate to high-stake disputes that require the development of expert financial opinions suitable for use in a court of law. My financial forensics practice leverages my industry knowledge and analytical skills to assist clients with Expert Opinions regarding valuations, quantification of damages, and other financial assessments; Reviews, reconciliations, and rebuttals of analyses performed by other experts; and Consultations, including litigation support, management advisory, and professional collaborations.
Experience includes work in commercial litigation, financial restructurings, bankruptcies, eminent domain, partnership dissolutions, marital dissolutions, and shareholder disputes.
