Mona Miller is the owner of Pacific Gemological Laboratories, in Portland Oregon. She has been actively involved in the gem & jewelry trade since 1980.
Certified yearly through professional affiliation examinations. All business is conducted in conformity with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of The Appraisal Foundation, and the Principles of Appraisal Practice and Code of Ethics of the American Society of Appraisers.
