• 2017 – Present – Director at CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC located in the Plymouth Meeting, PA office. Duties currently include marketing, management, and performance of valuations of machinery and equipment for various internal and external clients for financial reporting, purchase price allocation, and acquisition / disposition purposes. In addition, I provide real estate and equipment insurance valuations for various private and public sector companies. Major industry experience includes: healthcare, heavy manufacturing, mining, chemical, pharmaceutical, and consumer product manufacturing.

   

• 2010 – 2017 – Senior Manager at CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC located in the Plymouth Meeting, PA office. • 2000 – 2002 – Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Financial Advisory Services Group located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.Duties included the valuation of machinery and equipment for various internal and external clients for financial reporting and purchase price allocation purposes.I also provided real estate appraisal reviews and coordinated the contracting of real estate appraisal professionals.In addition, I provided assistance in performing cost segregation studies on various property types such as office buildings, industrial facilities, golf courses, and retail centers.

   

• 1998 – 2000 – Staff Appraiser at U S Realty Consultant’s Inc. located in Columbus, Ohio.Duties included appraising commercial investment grade real estate for various clients including lending institutions, private owners, and investors.I also provided machinery and equipment appraisal services for various types of industries including production plants, medical facilities, and offices.In addition, I served as an expert witness in equipment litigation.

   

• 1993 – 1998 – Senior Appraiser at Blue & Co., LLC located in Indianapolis, Indiana.Duties included appraising commercial and agricultural real estate primarily for litigation purposes.I also provided machinery and equipment appraisal services for various industries including medical, office, and construction.In addition, I provided cost segregation analyses for companies undergoing restructuring.
