Charlie is based in Los Angeles, California and manages machinery and equipment valuations for financial, commercial, and industrial uses. Primary operation locations include CA, OR, WA, UT, NM, NV and CO. Charlie has over 9 years experience in the appraisal of machinery and equipment, including a broad range of equipment types.
Charlie attended the University of Greenwich in London, England, studying Mechanical Engineering. In the USA for 15 years, he continues to participate in education programs relative to industrial machinery and equipment. He has successfully completed the USPAP course of instruction. Having completed the required course work, testing and experience requirements, Charlie has earned the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser, as administered by the ASA. Charlie is qualified to address a range of machinery and equipment value concepts for asset based lending and financial reporting.
