An Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Amber O’Neal has been with Partners Healthcare Group for 12 years. As the Director of Financial Services, Amber has been completing Fair Market Values, coordinating and conducting capital inventories and reconciling asset ledgers for facilities of all sizes ranging from under 50 beds to over 850. Because medical equipment is her specialty, she has vast knowledge with medical transactions involving physician practices, hospitals, surgery and/or imaging centers, physical therapy clinics, as well as various other medical specialties. Her dedication to accuracy and efficiency is evident in the high quality of work she produces.

Mrs.  O’Neal  has  Bachelor  of  Science  degree  in  Management  and  Organizational Development from Bethel University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
