Mark E. Hammond Sr., ASA is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the MTS discipline and is Hammond & Company^s principal, an Equipment Appraisal Service located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mark utilizes his extensive work history in providing appraisal services for the valuations of Equipment and Facilities Processes. Mark^s background in the building industry was the cost estimating of machinery, equipment, and facility processes used in commercial/industrial construction projects and manufacturing applications. Mark has an extensive history with the fabrication and construction of components utilized in mechanical equipment installs. Mark^s valuation experience was in large-scale public work projects and tech campuses located in Northern California, i.e., Google and Cisco Systems. Those projects^ required work scope was asset management, contract negotiation, report writing, establishing construction standards, forecasting costs, and scheduling tasks with their accompanying management responsibilities.
Mark is attending a graduate program in Energy at the University of Oklahoma^s College of Law, has attained a B.A. in Administrative Leadership from OU, and earned Project Management Certification from San Francisco State University. Mark has a Senior Accreditation from the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) to appraise Machinery & Technical Specialties (MTS). The ASA is the appraisal industry^s leading organization and, through its education efforts, ensures recognition of its standards by Financial and Lending institutions, CPAs, Attorneys, and Business Valuation firms. The Credentialed Appraisers of the ASA provide valuations in a variety of disciplines throughout the globe. Mark recently completed an appraisal format using data-based solutions for the appraisal reporting of fixed assets. After completing graduate law studies, Mark will seek accreditation in Appraisal Review and Management. Civic endeavors are the promoting of economic and educational opportunities for the communities of Southeastern Oklahoma.
