Peter has a B.S. in Construction Management/Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers with specialty in machinery and equipment. He worked as a Senior Appraiser and Valuation Consultant for 12 years with Kemper Insurance Co, producing field appraisals and valuation and claims consulting for a variety of occupancies. He has worked for the past 9 years with McGrath & Co. LLC. as a Appraisal Director/Senior Project Controller, working on various construction projects and handling the insurance appraisal and consulting opportunities. Peter has extensive experience estimating/appraising in a wide variety of industrial, commercial and institutional occupancies.
