Inventory Appraisals:
Inventory appraisals consist of over 80 major commercial inventory appraisal assignments at a value of $600 million for major companies. Industries appraised were video games, personal care products, consumer small appliances, flooring, roofing, camping, portable generators, medical, farm distributor, rental equipment, paint, lumber, fiberglass, filaments, canning and packaging.
Machinery and Equipment Appraisals:
Machinery and Equipments appraisals were for over 300 major assignments valued at over $800 million. Appraisal projects included site surveys, equipment identification, market research, analysis of values and report writing. Commodities appraised included machine tools, printing, electronic, semi-conductor, telecommunication, medical, woodworking, food processing, vehicles, computers, furniture, dental, textile, construction, manufacturing, retail and restaurant equipment. Majority of appraisal assignments were for major leasing companies involving the financing of equipment.
Surplus Asset Recovery:
Conduct the sale of surplus equipment for major leasing company involving a wide range of product commodities. Function includes the identification of potential buyers, negotiation of price and equipment logistics. Managed the resale and disposition of surplus telecommunication equipment and duties included the valuation of surplus equipment, negotiation of price, sale of equipment and the management of the department
Special Magistrate:
Perform the duties of a Special Magistrate – Commercial Personal Property in 4 southern Florida counties. Duties include presiding over hearings, evaluation of evidence, taking testimony and rulings based upon evidence and law.
Procurement and Materials Management:
Procured major telecommunication type commodities including towers, microwave equipment, multiplexers, transmission equipment and construction services. Held positions at multiple locations in the purchasing department and procured major telecommunication type equipment. Managed and directed a $20 million telecommunication equipment inventory located at multiple facilities in the Mid Atlantic states.
