Mr. Landolt has given expert witness testimony and depositions in a variety of valuation cases in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, California, Tennessee, and Montana.  He has appeared before the State Tax Appeals Board in Idaho and Montana, the Oregon Tax Court, and the Washington State Board of Tax Appeals as an appraisal and valuation expert.  In addition, Mr. Landolt has appeared as an expert witness at a variety of board hearings and settlement conferences in California, Utah, Virginia, Georgia, Indiana, and Alabama.
