Assisted in the liquidation, either through private treaty sale or auction, of medical practices, automotive shops, restaurants, manufacturing plants, cement plants, sugar refineries, food and chemical processing plants, metal fabrication shops, machine shops, textile mills, and savings and loans.
Successfully appraised and auctioned the equipment of the last and largest Savings & Loan for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), returning a record profit to the government.
Appraised over 200 banks for the RTC, Internal Revenue Service and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Appraised the machinery and equipment of metal fabrication shops, trucking firms, meat packers, tire manufacturers, boiler manufacturers, paper mills, printing mills, envelope machinery, machine tool shops, plastics manufacturers, cement plants, food processors, chemical plants, grain mills, medical offices, automotive shops, surgery rooms, hospitals, banks, restaurants, business officers, etc.
Performed numerous Personal Property Tax appraisals for national retailers & grocers.
Supervised the activities of counterintelligence teams charged with the conduct of complex CI investigations for U.S. Army - Bosnia, Top Secret Clearance.
Successfully arbitrated over 300 automobile and builder warranty cases utilizing alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Accepted as expert witness in the US Bankruptcy Courts and US District Courts, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
