Robin Muhmel is a Vice President at Valuation Research Corporation in Houston, Texas, specializing in machinery & equipment valuation. She has nearly 10 years of experience valuing PP&E for financial and tax reporting, internal planning, and litigation purposes, including ASC 805 purchase price allocations, bankruptcy fresh-starts, impairment analyses, IRC 1060 allocations, FIRPTA analyses, IRC 45Q 80/20 analyses, and tax disputes.

Ms. Muhmel received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Louisiana State University. In addition, she holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in Machinery & Technical Specialties from the American Society of Appraisers.
