Stephen has over eight years of experience in the valuation of tangible fixed assets, with supplemental experience in the valuation of real estate and intangible assets as well as business enterprise valuations.

Stephen has performed and managed fixed asset valuations throughout the United States and a multitude of foreign countries, and has performed site reviews of client’s facilities throughout the Americas and Europe

Stephen has worked with clients in numerous industries including pulp and paper, telecommunications, manufacturing, chemical, oil & gas, healthcare, retail and food & beverage, among others

Stephen has performed fixed asset valuations for various purposes
including financial statement reporting purposes according to ASC 805 Business Combinations, IFRS 3 Business Combinations and ASC 958 Not-For-Profit Entities, ad valorem tax, asset-based financing, audit support, bankruptcy, leasing and impairment, and international and domestic tax reporting
